Terms of Service
Using HacksDomain tools, understanding their limits and protecting your rights.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
These terms describe the use of the HacksDomain website and its calculators and utilities, including the Cost Per Use (CPU) Calculator. HacksDomain is operated by Hazoncorp Solution LLP from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. “We” means Hazoncorp Solution LLP. Contact support@hacksdomain.com with questions or complaints.
Using the tools
You may use the tools for lawful personal or business tasks. Please read these terms and the instructions on each tool before relying on a result. If you cannot accept these terms, stop using the service. Nothing here requires you to consent to optional analytics or connect a Google account.
You must have the legal capacity to agree to terms that apply to your use, or the involvement of a parent or guardian where applicable law requires it. The website is not directed to children under 13. A parent’s involvement does not override a third-party provider’s age restrictions.
Do not use the website to infringe another person’s rights, submit unlawfully obtained personal data, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content or deliberately disrupt services. Do not bypass rate limits or use public lookups to harass people or collect data unlawfully. Only submit content you are entitled to process or share.
Understand the limits of results
Financial calculations are estimates based on the inputs, supported year and assumptions shown on the page. They are not lender offers, guaranteed returns, credit decisions, tax filings or financial, legal or other professional advice. Check material decisions against authoritative records and obtain qualified advice when appropriate. See how we check calculations.
- Fitness calculations are educational adult estimates within the age and measurement ranges shown. They do not diagnose health conditions, prescribe a diet, set an individual ideal weight or determine medication doses. They are not intended for children, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Building tools estimate material quantities and simple geometry. They do not assess structural safety, building-code compliance or a complete heating or cooling load. Verify site measurements, supplier yields and project requirements with the appropriate qualified professional.
- Math and statistics results depend on the selected model, numerical precision and data assumptions. Display rounding and approximations are described in each tool. Encoding text as Base64 or a URL is not encryption. Generated passwords must still meet the destination service’s rules and be stored securely.
- DNS answers are observations from selected resolvers and can differ because of caching, filtering and routing. Map locations are approximate; anycast does not guarantee a query ran in the displayed city.
- A domain or username with no returned record is not guaranteed to be available, registrable or free of trademark rights. Only the relevant registrar or platform can confirm registration.
- BIN data may be incomplete or outdated. A passing card checksum does not authenticate a card, its owner, available funds or permission to make a payment.
- BIMI checks examine DNS and basic record format; they do not certify domain ownership, certificate validity or email deliverability.
- OCR, QR and text conversions may contain errors. Review extracted text and destinations before using them. ROT13 and decorative text conversions do not protect confidential information.
- The speed test measures the connection to our hosting server, not a guaranteed ISP speed. Starting it uses about 10 MiB of data plus overhead, which may count toward your network allowance.
We aim to correct reproducible errors. Send a small fictional example through our contact page; avoid sensitive account details.
Your content, storage and backups
You retain any rights you have in information, images, notes and other content you enter. Entering content does not transfer ownership to HacksDomain. Processing is limited to operating the feature you request and the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim exclusive rights over your calculator results or generated text and QR codes; third-party rights in underlying material may still apply.
Local browser storage can be lost when you clear site data, change browser profiles or devices, or when storage is evicted. Keep independent copies of important records. Review generated share links before sending them because they may contain your inputs.
CPU’s optional Google Drive backup uses the app’s hidden data folder. Restore can merge or replace local items as described in its prompts. Auto backup depends on an open page and available Google authorization. Logout and clearing browser data do not delete an existing Drive backup. Instructions for deleting cloud data and revoking access are in the Google backup privacy section.
External services and open-source software
Some tools contact public DNS resolvers, registration-data services, CardBinCheck, GitHub, GitLab, Google, Cloudflare or external search providers. Their data, availability, limits and terms may change. A provider’s terms govern your use of its service; our own responsibilities remain governed by applicable law. Listing a provider or displaying a public result does not imply its endorsement of HacksDomain.
Do not assume that public access to a record grants permission to republish or reuse it for every purpose. Respect applicable privacy, intellectual-property and service rules when using returned data.
Site software, design and branding may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the tools as offered. This permission does not authorize impersonating HacksDomain or a third party. Third-party software remains under its own license. See the local dependency and license notices, the MIT notices for QR libraries, and the Apache and BSD notices accompanying OCR assets. The DNS map uses Natural Earth geography; its source attribution appears in the tool. These terms do not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
Service changes and access
Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures and technical limitations can affect availability. We may update features to correct errors, improve operation or meet legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of a material discontinuation affecting stored work so you can keep a copy. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action.
We may limit requests or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service or comply with law. Contact us if you believe access was limited by mistake. Stopping use does not itself erase stored browser or Google Drive data.
Responsibility and your legal rights
The tools cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free results or suitability for every situation. You should check important outputs and keep appropriate backups. These explanations do not remove duties or remedies that apply to us by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights and applicable data-protection rights are preserved. These terms do not require you to waive a remedy merely because a tool is free.
Responsibility for other losses is determined under applicable law, including the cause of the loss and any required standard of care. There is no blanket waiver of responsibility for our own unlawful conduct.
Complaints, disputes and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
For a complaint, email support@hacksdomain.com with the relevant tool and issue. We will consider it and respond. Contacting us does not restrict your right to approach a competent regulator or court. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or select an exclusive foreign court; mandatory protections available under applicable law remain in place.
Updated terms will be posted here with their date. Material changes will be explained before they take effect where reasonably practicable; changes required urgently by law or security may take effect sooner. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
